Transformers Optimus Prime Box [Limited Release]

Japanese DVD release of the special effects spectacular "Transformers." Limited editon includes bonus disc with interviews, making-of footage, design instructions and more for over 140 minutes of special features. This limited edition box also includes a bonus transforming Optimus Prime Figure (w/DVD holder) and bonus clear plastic case.

only $45.87 but not until Dec 19th though  :(
and this one doesn't state DTS either only Dolby Digital 5.1  :evil:

this is similiar to the USA release...and yes, unfortunately for no DTS.  DD is ok...but it would have been better w/ DTS for sure.

identical to the Optimus Prime Transforming Box Set that gets released in Australia on the 1st of November. Might get the local one just for the packaging - quite disappointed by the specs of all discs so far (including HD DVD). Guess we'll have to wait for the IMAX version to appear on Blu-Ray in 12 months to get hi-def sound fitted onto the disc next to the 1080p picture. No DTS on the Asian discs is surprising as well :(

Looks like it should be housing the original cartoon, not the live action film!

Pants!

That's my brutal but honest opinion. Hoping the R2 JPN first press is a digipack though. Every release so far has been a disapointment for me :(

R3 steelbook is very tempting though ;)
