Wild Animals - Hong Kong DVD

I'm a bit bummed about that: I got this on Saturday and today (Monday Morning) I see that they have (finally) announced to release this title in Korea. Most likely the picture quality will be better. (So far no subtitles have been announced) I would also take this as a sign, that the issues with the rights for this film have been resolved and some European publisher will pick it up and put subtitles and a few extras on a disc.
Actually I was under the impression that there was a release of this somewhere in Scandinavia, but I couldn't find it right now, so I'm not so sure. But I've heard there is an English subtitled version floating around and there must be a source for it. (And the Japanese release doesn't have subs either - afaik.)

btw: afaik this was the only film released in "The Best Movie Collection", that's quite a narrow view of film history :hahaha:

Yes I did.

The quality isn't the best (go for the UK or US release if that's what you're after), but this is not a film I like so much that I want to have it in the best quality available, but I "needed" this release for the collection - I always go for the Korean release, whether or not it makes sense from a viewing perspective.
