I'll be getting Oz on BD definitely. I might get the MGM doc seperately, I just want a simple BD :)

UK Editions!

Warner have announced the UK DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of The Wizard of Oz 70th Anniversary Edition on 2nd November 2009.

Available on 1-Disc DVD (£12.99 RRP), 4-Disc DVD (£19.99 RRP, HMV Exclusive) and 3-Disc Blu-ray (£22.99 RRP) and there's also a Harrods LE which appears to be the 4-Disc in exclusive packaging.

I don't like that naff "Sing along edition" banner on the BD - and whats the point? Couldnt you just turn the subs on on the BD and sing along? :huh:
US normal BD for me.
I really think the BD should have the same cover as the 4 disc DVD.

The MGM doc is only on the Ultimate US BD edition (I think).
I'm getting the US BD - a sing along DVD is pointless.
